We may process account identifiers, email addresses, Whop membership identifiers, subscription status, Discord connection details, support messages, and technical information needed to operate and secure the service.

Trading-journal information is processed only to provide the journaling features you choose to use. ToolfulTrading does not require brokerage passwords to provide the public lot-size calculator.

Payments and subscription management are handled by Whop. ToolfulTrading does not directly store full payment-card details. Discord may process information under its own privacy terms when you connect or participate in the community.

Information is used to provide membership access, verify licenses, operate tools, support members, prevent abuse, maintain security, and improve the trading desk. We do not sell personal information as a standalone commercial product.

Information is retained only for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the platform. Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used, but no internet-connected system can be guaranteed completely secure.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of eligible personal information, subject to legal and operational retention requirements. You can disconnect Discord and manage billing through the relevant provider controls.
